About membership registration and changes

With carrier email (mobile email) from au, SoftBank, docomo, Y!mobile, and other providers, emails often do not reach you correctly, regardless of your spam filter settings.

We recommend that you register your account using an email address such as Gmail or iCloud.

You can register and edit your information on your My Page or during the purchase process.

Regarding My Page

There is a field for your address on your PC [on the right side of your My Page] and on your smartphone [at the bottom of your My Page].
Click on "Manage shipping addresses" and you can add an address by clicking "Add new address" or edit the information you entered by clicking "Edit."

We will process your cancellation (deletion), so please check your membership registration information, clearly state your name, registered address, telephone number, and registered email address, and contact us via the inquiry form to request cancellation.

About logging in

If you have forgotten your registered email address, please register as a new member as the secretariat will not disclose your registered email address to you.

Please reissue your password by clicking "Forgot your password?" on the login screen.

about the order

This site only allows purchases after you have registered as a member.

Once your order has been confirmed, we will not accept cancellations or changes to products, payment methods, delivery dates, or delivery addresses due to customer convenience.
To ensure there are no errors, please check the order details on the order confirmation screen before completing your order.

We will automatically send you the email immediately after you place your order, but depending on your email and environment, the email may be automatically classified as spam, so please check.
